Ernest Stern acknowledged by Forwardly, Inc. for efforts as corporate counsel on successfully filing for company funding under Regulation A+

Culhane Meadows’ Washington, DC, partner Ernest Stern was recently acknowledged by Forwardly, Inc. in a shareholder update for his efforts as corporate counsel in the company’s filing process to acquire funding under Regulation A+.

Forwardly, Inc.’s new project to acquire funding under Regulation A+ includes the formation of a subsidiary named “Breathe Medical Devices, Inc.” to act as “operating arm” for the recently acquired US distribution rights to Canadian company LifeAir. Within the update to shareholders, Forwardly acknowledged the team that brought this project to fruition, with particular recognition of Ernest Stern from Culhane Meadows PLLC, in his role as corporate counsel.
