Labor & Employment Overview

Culhane Meadows provides full-service counsel and assistance to clients on a broad spectrum of employment, labor, benefits and human resources matters. We provide the employer with seasoned advice, counsel, and assistance regarding employee training (including harassment training), disciplinary actions, terminations, arbitrations and mediations, employee benefits, workers compensation, workplace retaliation, and all forms of employment documents, including employment applications, employee handbooks, policies and procedures, and agreements.

Our attorneys regularly assist clients to manage their legal compliance issues, identify potential legal risks through internal investigation and audits, and avoid the expense of litigation that can arise from challenging employment actions and decisions. We work with human resources and management personnel to maximize the effectiveness and defensibility of their employment policies and actions.  When the need arises, we have the ability to step in and fully assist a client and/or its human resources department with a comprehensive legal analysis and review of its fundamental operations.
