Ugo Colella (email@example.com) represents clients in civil litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country. Although specializing in business-related disputes, Ugo is an all-purpose litigator that defends clients’ interests in all areas of litigation and pre-litigation planning. He is widely published, and his work has been cited by several state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Ugo started his 22-year litigation career through the Honors Program at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division after clerking for now-Chief Judge Carl Stewart of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Ugo attended Tulane Law School, where he was the editor-in-chief of the Tulane Law Review, and received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University. He is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and several other trial and appellate courts in the country.
John J. Zefutie, Jr. (firstname.lastname@example.org) is a commercial litigator and trial attorney who focuses on complex business commercial disputes, mass tort litigation, consumer fraud, and unfair competition litigation. He manages all facets of litigation for his clients, frequently appearing in both state and federal courts. He has deep experience in financial services litigation, trademark disputes, and defending traumatic brain injury claims. John also has a substantial pro bono practice. He currently serves by appointment as Secretary for the Supreme Court of New Jersey District VC Ethics Committee where he manages and oversees the committee’s work of investigating and, when necessary, prosecuting claims of unethical attorney conduct. He began his career at Reed Smith and was a member of Patton Boggs, Thompson Hine, and, most recently Duane Morris. John graduated cum laude from both Saint Joseph’s University and Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was an editor for the Seton Hall Law Review and moot court champion. He is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey and admitted to the U.S. District of New Jersey, U.S. Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
