Employment and Labor Partner
Location(s): Austin, Dallas, Houston
Culhane Meadows seeks an experienced and self-motivated Labor & Employment partner with experience in state and federal employment matters. Candidates should have deep experience and up-to-date knowledge to interpret facts and provide advice on many different kinds of employment laws, including wage and hour laws, non-competes, workplace safety, rest break laws, disability leave laws, workplace harassment, employee discrimination, wrongful discharge, and drafting of policies/handbooks. Experience with analyzing employment-related issues in the context of sophisticated M&A deals (domestic and some international) would be an added plus. As a business-centric law firm, we are focused on employer-side representation and we generally don’t represent individual employees in claims against their employers.
