Corporate & Business Transactional (M&A) Partner
Locations: Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Delaware, Houston, Washington DC

We seek highly-qualified attorneys with backgrounds in corporate and general business transactions. Candidates should have at least some portable business and strong referral relationships to drive new business as part of Culhane Meadows’ growing national practice. Prior experience should include knowledge and familiarity with business-related contracts and transactions, including areas such as:

  • Joint Venture Agreements

  • Employment Contracts

Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and at least 8 years of practice, including meaningful training and experience from a Big Law firm or equivalent training from the legal department of a respected corporation. Law review and judicial clerkship is a plus.


Labor & Employment Partner
Locations: Austin, Chicago, Houston, New York, Washington DC

We seek an experienced and self-motivated Labor & Employment partner with experience in state and federal employment matters. Candidates should have deep experience and up-to-date knowledge to interpret facts and provide advice on many different kinds of employment laws, including wage and hour laws, non-competes, workplace safety, rest break laws, disability leave laws, workplace harassment, employee discrimination, wrongful discharge, and drafting of policies/handbooks. Experience with analyzing employment-related issues in the context of sophisticated M&A deals (domestic and some international) would be beneficial.  Note: As a business-centric law firm, we are focused on employer-side representation and we generally don’t represent individual employees in claims against their employers.

Real Estate Partners
Locations: Austin, Boston, Houston, New York, Washington DC

We seek experienced and self-motivated partner-level attorneys with portable business to join and help grow our Real Estate practice group. Candidates must possess at least 8 years of meaningful experience in the practice of real estate law and finance with a primary focus on commercial real estate transactions, including: development, lending, acquisitions, dispositions, financings (acquisition, construction and permanent loans), commercial leasing (office and retail), apartment, multi-family and hotel properties, REITS, property management and brokerage agreements, joint venture investments, debt restructuring and workouts. Candidates should have exceptional law school academics and hands-on real estate experience from a large national law firm.
