Scott Stevenson represents clients with respect to their strategic enterprise transactions, including domestic and offshore sourcing and procurement initiatives, alliances and joint ventures, and acquisitions and divestitures. He has particular experience implementing technology, development, and procurement initiatives through information technology and business process outsourcing transactions and strategic alliances.
