Rose Keagy is a seasoned Registered Patent Attorney with more than 30 years of experience in meticulously drafting and prosecuting patent applications, patent licensing, patent litigation, developing and managing global patent portfolios, providing intellectual property counsel to engineers and senior business leaders, analyzing issued patents, leading technical patent committees, providing counsel and guidance to achieve the highest possible return on investment for research and development activities, providing intellectual property training to diverse clients, and developing overall intellectual property strategies for businesses.

Rose’s education and diverse work experiences give her the ability to evaluate patents from many perspectives to ensure the procurement of valuable and enforceable patents. In addition, Rose understands the utilization of patents for product promotion, product sales, product clearance, cross-licensing, patent enforcement, patent defense, analysis of adversely held patents, designing around patents, royalty revenue generation, settlement agreements, obtaining value from research and development investments, and leveraging patents to achieve business objectives.
