Mr. Roth focuses his law practice on real estate transactions, zoning and land use, construction law, and related business transactions.
In particular, he represents private and governmental clients in the sale, purchase, development, and leasing of real estate. This representation includes negotiation of contracts, due diligence, permitting, zoning, title issues and resolution, subdivision and condominium formation, restrictive covenants, easements, and closely-held entity formations and structuring.
He also represents clients in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts for a variety of construction methods such as design/build and construction manager-at-risk.
Ancillary to his real estate practce, Mr. Roth routinely advises clients in the drafting and negotiation of contracts for architectural and engineering services, and other miscellaneous professional services agreements.
